[Development] Qt 5.14 MinGW debug build doesn't add debug suffix

Hey everyone,

First, happy new year!

Second, I switched my nightly build to 5.14 branch and was building debug
binaries as usual. Configure arguments:

configureArguments=-developer-build -debug -opensource -nomake examples
-nomake tests -confirm-license -opengl desktop -dbus -openssl -I
D:\Downloads\openssl-1.1.1d-win32-mingw/include

The config summary seems to agree with me

Build options:
  Mode ................................... debug; optimized tools

however, the binaries don't have the typical debug suffix:

$ ls Qt5*
Qt5Core.dll*

Qt 5.14 branch pulled this morning pointing to
2c3eaa7b87219d24facfe81a5b22cb218324f1ae.

What am I doing wrong?
