[Development] Qt 5.14 MinGW debug build doesn't add debug suffix

Found the answer myself in https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-80792. I
got confused after qmake telling me Qt5Cored.dll could not be found when
building my own project. Seems like I need to adopt something to get my
project working without the suffix.
