[Development] Stepping down as QtWebChannel maintainer

Hi Milian and Arno,

Sorry for the somewhat late reply, I've been taking a few days off.

First of all I’d like to say a big thanks to Milian for developing and maintaining Qt WebChannel over the last years.

It’s also great to see you stepping up Arno, thanks a lot!

As far as I can see you don’t currently have Approver rights in the Qt project, making this nomination a bit special. So we’ll need to also nominate you for Approver status for at least Qt WebChannel. For reference, here’s a list of Arno’s changes:

There aren’t that many changes, but all looking very good.

I'd actually like to do this. Personally, I think the tech is quite cool. Additionally, at my company, we're using QtWebChannel for remote interop. It's kinda critical for us, so we have a vested interest in this getting the attention it needs :-)
I need to ask if I can perform the maintainer role on company time, though. With family and a day job there's not much free time left.
I'll discuss this in the company and then I'll get back to you!

I've got the okay from my employer to do this on (part of my) company time, so I'm in :-)
