[Development] [Announce] Qt Automotive Suite 5.13.2 Released

Hi everyone!

I am happy to announce that Qt Automotive Suite 5.13.2 has been released.

This is a patch release and it is based on Qt 5.13.2. As a patch release it doesn't bring any new features but includes bug fixes at the top of previous release. This is the last planned release of the Qt Automotive Suite  5.13.x series.
