[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '6.1' to '6.1.2' ready

Hi all,

We have branched '6.1.2' now. So from now on all changes targeted to Qt 6.1.2 release must be done in '6.1.2' and '6.1' is for Qt 6.1.3.

Target is to freeze Qt 6.1.2 content wed 23rd June and release it Wed 30th June. So please do not add any nice-to-haves in '6.1.2' anymore.

Staging in 6.1.2 is restricted to release team only and the team will monitor changes in the branch automatically like usual.
