[Development] Linker script / symbols versions for private entries in Qt 6, regression from Qt 5?

I backported it myself for Clear Linux:
https://github.com/clearlinux-pkgs/qtbase/blob/master/tell-the-truth-about-private-api.patch

This helped me catch all the packages that needed rebuilding more easily. 
Which is a PITA because there's a circular dependency somewhere in KDE 
packages which required manual intervention every time.
