[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from 'dev' to '6.6' done

Hi!
Qt 6.6 Feature Freeze is in effect now! We have also branched '6.6' from the 'dev'. So from now on all changes targeted to Qt 6.6 must have 'Pick-to: 6.6' and 'dev' is for Qt 6.7.
