[Development] Feature freeze exception: QtAbstractItemModel, QtModelIndex and QtAbstactListModel

Hi,

Our project Team, working on the ‘Embe QML’ (also known as ‘QML to native’) initiative, has been actively developing patches related to it for Qt 6.8.

Specifically, the patches for QtAbstractItemModel and QtModelIndex (https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/559067, https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/562693) have already been merged, and it’s likely that the patch for QtAbstractListModel (https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/563619) will be merged soon. Or might be already merged, when this message reaches you.

Despite this progress, our Team is requesting an exception to the feature freeze for these Java APIs. We aim to complete testing, examples, and documentation (as part of our work on QTBUG-124803 and QTBUG-125888) before Qt 6.8 Beta 2.
