[Development] HEADS-UP: Qt 6.9 Feature Freeze is getting closer

Hi all,

Just a kindly reminder: the Qt 6.9 Feature freeze will be in effect December 6th and the Qt 6.9 platform and module freeze already November 22nd, see https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_6.9_Release.

It is time to start doing needed packaging related changes, so please inform me new modules planned to be released in the Qt 6.9. Also please inform me if existing technology preview module will be officially supported etc.
