[Development] "What's New in Qt 6.11" qdoc file in gerrit - add your new features!

Jani pushed https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdoc/+/694594, where you can use gerrit’s editing feature to add your (and others’) new features without running into constant merge conflicts.

We’ll want to approve and merge that before branching 6.11 off next week, and then hopefully have a reasonably representative list of new things in the first Qt 6.11 beta package so that our users know what to expect.
