It is available via Qt Customer portal (https://login.qt.io/login): in Downloads, select Product: Qt and Version: 5.15.19.

This is the very last Qt 5.15 release. Qt 5.15 Long-term Support ends after May 26th 2025. If you continue using Qt 5.15, you can purchase Extended Security Maintenance (ESM) service. For more information, see https://www.qt.io/blog/extended-security-maintenance-for-qt-5.15-begins-may-2025.
