[Development] Stepping down as maintainer of QtNetworkAuth

Hi everyone,

I would like to announce that Juha Vuolle will be taking over as maintainer
of the QtNetworkAuth module.

Due to my current job responsibilities, I haven't been able to contribute
to Qt as much as the project deserves. Juha has been a steady contributor
to QtNetworkAuth and has demonstrated strong knowledge of the codebase and
responsiveness to the community.

I believe Juha is well-suited to guide the module's future development and
ensure timely integration of contributions. I'll remain available to
support the transition and answer any questions about the codebase.
