[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '6.10' to '6.10.3' is done

Hi!

We have branched ’6.10.3’ from ‘6.10’ now. So from now on all changes targeted to Qt 6.10.3 release must have ‘Pick-to: 6.10.3’.

As usual, staging in ‘6.10.3’ is restricted to release team only and we will monitor incoming changes automatically. The target is to release Qt 6.10.3 ~mid March 2026. And the plan is that Qt 6.10.3 will be the last release from Qt 6.10 series.
