[Development] Stepping down as maintainer for QtWebView

[Christian Strømme]

I’d like to pass on the maintainer role of QtWebView to someone who can give it more attention than I’ve been able to. I’ve had minimal involvement for a while, and lately the QtWebEngine team and Allan have taken over all maintenance and new development. I therefore would like to nominate Allan Jensen to take over the official maintainer role.
