[Development] Error database cleaning

Hi all,

We are planning to clean our error database from the bugs which are not in maintenance scope anymore. As a first step, Qt4 related open bugs will be closed. “Not_in_maintenance_scope” label will be added for further search.
The used query for closing bugs is:
project = Qt AND type = Bug AND component NOT IN (Packaging, "Packaging: Debian", "Packaging & Installer", "Packaging and Installer") AND (affectedVersion ~ "4.*" and affectedVersion !~ "5.*" AND affectedVersion !~ "6.*") AND status != Closed
Note: Packaging-related bugs are filtered out to improve accuracy. A number of bugs have been reported against an incorrect 4.* version (those refer to the IFW version).
