[Development] Need help for review of patches for QTextOdfWriter

Hi,

can someone please take a look at my patches for QTextOdfWriter? Looks 
like there is nobody really responsible for this class atm so I hope to 
find someone here who can take a look on it.

I started with fixing some bugs with the table border stuff which was 
initally uploaded by Daniel Savi (but got no attention due to formatting 
errors) and ended up trying to clean up the whole file...
