[Development] Disambiguation of the support and use of deprecated modules and functionality

Hello all,

I think there is a need to fix ambiguous, IMHO, wording about the use of deprecated modules in QUIP-14 and in the docs. I just created a bug report about this and wanted to mention this on the mailing list as well:

I see two major problems:

- There is no space to say "no guarantees to fix issues” when it comes to security vulnerabilities as long as the code is a part of the Qt’s repo
- We should be more explicit in telling users that they should not use a deprecated module in any new development.

Any comments are welcome. Ideally directly on the bug report.
