[Interest] QtLinguist <-> phrase book <-> wiktionary

Dear List,

in order to create an easier, more collaborative process to translate 
applications I am looking for something like a wiki / wiktionary 
software to create translations online. Later those translations 
should/could be exported as linguist phrase books.

I do not want to create an online version of QtLinguist. I would like to 
collect translations of terms in a specific technical field:
rather translations of single terms than translations of "Click here and 
do this".

Does anyone know if something like this exists or could easily be 
achieved with existing software?
