KDE already has KCmdLineArgs, so KDE doesn't need a Qt 4 solution. It needs a 
Qt 5 solution.

In any case, I'm asking people who have done such work in the past to help 
Laszlo out since this will become the standard in Qt 5.1 or 5.2.
