Could anyone please let me know how can we setup Qt5 Aplha on Ubuntu Linux
And the compiler that needs to be installed?

There's QtDBus and KDSoap [https://github.com/KDAB/KDSoap]. at least. And most CORBA libraries come with Qt event loop integration for quite some time.
