5.0.x - no, it has about the same features in QDateTime as Qt4.x

5.1.x - maybe, depends on whether anyone actually has time to integrate it 
into Qt

We talked about it at the Contributor Summit a year ago, but so far it has not 
been a priority.

If your project is under GPL (or a compatible license) you can use this code:

...otherwise you'll have to wait until someone has time to integrate time 
zones into Qt.
