Yep, still planning it, but the decision to switch to ICU meant it was
postponed to 5.1.  I'll be doing another session at QCS next week to
get it moving forward.  I have a design in progress at
http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt_5_QTimeZone for anyone interested.
