Again, this looks very interesting. Thanks, Maurice. Would there be any 
significant difference between a Qt DLL built with jom and a DLL built 
with the corresponding Qt*.vcxproj file? (I guess not.)

Unfortunately we only have IncrediBuild For Visual Studio. It looks like 
we'd need to buy something like IncrediBuild For Make & Build Tools, 
<http://www.xoreax.com/accelerate-build-tools.htm>, in order to use 
ibjom. So for the time being, I think we'll keep using the Qt*.vcxproj 
files generated by configure.exe.
