As part of your build based on YOCTO, a toolchain is built. You can re-use
it.

There's also a layer provided by Linaro:
http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/layer/meta-linaro-toolchain/

Finally, Linaro provides also a pre-built toolchain:
http://releases.linaro.org/13.07/components/toolchain/binaries
