[Interest] R: Qt5 toolchain for arm

Ok,

in fact I built the toolchain with compilers and so on.

But, probably I'm confused, what's the difference between toolchain and
qt-toolchain? Are both the same thing?

Where is the qmake in the standard toolchain?

Hello Thiago and thank you for the reply!

The recipe meta-qt5 already exist and I've used it to build the qt5
libraries for my ARM.
But the problem is the toolchain for qt5, seems that nobody has generate a
recipe for that at the moment.

Without the toolchain, how i can cross-compile my qt5 application on
qtcreator and deploy/debug on the remote target?

I use qtcreator on ubuntu 12.04 for developments.
There is another way to cross compile/download/debug without building the
toolchain?

As part of your build based on YOCTO, a toolchain is built. You can re-use
it.

There's also a layer provided by Linaro:

http://layers.openembedded.org/layerindex/layer/meta-linaro-toolchain/

Finally, Linaro provides also a pre-built toolchain:

http://releases.linaro.org/13.07/components/toolchain/binaries
