[Interest] Qt 5.2 build (VS 2013 64-bit) generates crashing EXEs

Found the error. If QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH is set (even if it is set
to the correct path qtbase\plugins\platforms), Qt crashes while trying to
locate the platform plugin.
