[Interest] Qt 5.2.0 & WebKit on Windows

Why default configuration and compile steps doesn't build WebKit in Qt 
5.2.0 on Windows with MSVC 2013?

How can I build WebKit with MSVC 2013?

qmake & nmake, is it enought?
