There are already fairly popular cases of such (even dual plugin/NaCL) 
setups, for example Unity ( 
http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/nacl-gettingstarted.html ) 
which do seem a lot more appealing than going JS with something the 
caliber of Qt. PNaCL might make the native approach maybe even more 
appealing in the future.
