I'm trying to use a QML Camera element and a QVideoProbe. It doesn't work because the camera is a QDeclarativeCamera. 

How can I get the frames from a QML Camera?

There seems to be a huge ambiguity between video players and cameras in QML. I want to get frames from both. They seem to require very different code paths.

What's the right way to get a frame regardless of its from a file or a camera?
