Yes, exactly.
​However, Androidextras
<http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtandroidextras-index.html> provides access
to the underlaying system; consider also that 5.4 includes a WebView which
hooks to the native webkit on Android/iOS, overcoming the unavailability of
 Qt Webkit webview.
