Yes, exactly.
​However, Androidextras<http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtandroidextras-index.html> provides access to the underlaying system; consider also that 5.4 includes a WebView which hooks to the native webkit on Android/iOS, overcoming the unavailability of  Qt Webkit webview.

Hi,

the app created is compatible with API >= 4, i.e. Android 1.6. You can restrict this setting (if required) by specifying a different level of compatibility in the field "Minimum required SDK" of the "AndroidManifest.xml" of the application.
