I don't think so.

Please check whether you've any anti-virus tool enabled, and try to temporarily disable any on-access scanning.

Also, you might check which process seems to block it using the process explorer from sysinternals:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx

(Go to Find->Find handle or DLL and search for qmake.exe to see which process is blocking the file).

Finally, you can try whether launching the installer directly as an administrator (Right click in explorer , "Run as administrator") helps.


Finally, please consider a proper bug report to bugreports.qt-project.org, Project "Qt Installer Framework" .
