[Interest] Syntax error compiling 5.3.2

I cant find anything on this on google.

Compiling for centos 5.8 64bit,
gcc 4.1.2

Im somewhat stuck by customer demands, that I stick with the GCC version that the OS ships with...

Any help would be appreciated.
