Please don't take a screenshot of what is mostly text... Instead, right-click 
the backtrace and ask Creator to create the full form for you. Then paste / 
attach that to the email.

Anyway, it crashed inside mysql_init. That's not a Qt problem -- your 
libraries are broken, incompatible or otherwise faulty. Please make sure you 
can run MySQL's own code.
