[Interest] Build 5.4 on windows

I had to patch Qt in order for  MSVC 2008 to work.

There are a couple of blogs with the patches necessary..

Yes, and Qt 5.5 too. But neither 2005 nor 2008 are part of the Continuous Integration, so YMMV.
