If you were using the Open Source licence, you'd follow the BSD licence for
the code you copied.
Since you have a commercial licence, please read that text and see whether it
allows the copying under terms less restrictive than BSD. The files themselves
have no text saying "also licensed under the commercial terms", so I can't
tell you for sure whether the commercial licence applies.
