Why is that? Was CUPS not added to RHEL5? I find that hard to believe, since I 
do remember printing in the Trolltech office in 2006 and we used CUPS. CUPS is 
probably even part of LSB.

Or is the problem the fact that we rely on CUPS PDF printing and RHEL5 only 
supports PS printing?

Indeed, but remember we're talking about a distro now 7 years old. That's at 
least one full cycle of your project.

Please make sure people choose VERY current stuff when they begin anew. If you 
choose something 2 years old and intend to keep it for 6 more, you'll suffer a 
lot when that thing is nearing the 8th anniversary.
