[Interest] Including separate libraries with inlines in the Qt installers

    Hello all,
    Months ago I sent this suggestion: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-32995 . In short, 
inlined symbols are needed so that language bindings can be invoked. I participated in a discussionat [Development] Qt binaries with inlined functions where we concludedit was unreasonable to include the inlines in the Qt binaries themselves. However, there was a 
suggestion at [Development] Qt binaries with inlined functions about making 
inlines separate standard modules and include that in the installers. I would like to hear your opinion 
and your guides about my possible contribution of such a feature.
