[Interest] MSVC 2015, configure 64 bit, missing 'arch.exe' [SOLVED]

Indeed, I was configuring vcvarsall.bat in the wrong way. I am using a
64 bit OS for many years, and I configured vcvarsall.bat as if my OS was
32 bit. Until last WE, I never has any problem.
By following the instructions there, I have solved my problem.
