On Windows only MSVC 2013 is supported for QtWebEngine in Qt 5.5. Since upstream Chromium requires MSVC 2013, fixing builds for MSVC2012 or 2010 would be a huge undertaking.

We're working on enabling support with MSVC 2015, too (for Qt 5.6).
