[Interest] video capture qwebenginepage

wanted to share (or re-share) my mostly working project after updating to
twisted 16.2, Qt 5.7 & PyQt -- so yeah not directly related.

Using opencv to capture QWebEnginePage and post process with avconv the
result of which is hosted here http://morningoogle.com - it's nice to ditch
webkit.
