Actually it's the other way round. You need the login for online installations with a
commercial installer (because it needs to check your credentials, and what
parts of Qt you are eligible to). For (L)GPL you can skip the Qt Account login.
For offline installers you can skip the login both for (L)GPL and enterprise.
