[Interest] Win10: GUI Program only runs as Admin

might be that the user copied it into its location using the Administrator 
account. So the 'regular' user has no permissions to access all the files in 
the installation dir. I've seen this happen multiple times when the target dir 
is somewhere on C: and acls are active.
