[Interest] Mac/XCB : printing support

Hi,

In case anyone has been following my tinkering with the XCB QPA on Mac: I have now added transparent printing support when running under X11. Given that the Mac OS uses CUPS underneath it's slick GUI it was mostly a question of figuring out how to get everything to link without duplicates or missing features/metastuff.

Fun little project, and now I can finally print when logged in remotely to my Mac :)
