Thanks, i've installed it, any chance you could add more prefixes?
eg 'cpp' for cppreference.com, and why not more reknowned toolkit/libraries.
I'm sure we could build a list of usual suspects.

Or why not let user configure prefix/sites pairs... :)

I don't really like this behaviour, i would prefer to go to the page
if it exists, and then fall back to search engine with optional
"lucky" mode.
