[Interest] Qt setup for older Mac OS

Our project is almost ready to ship, built with the newest Qt version.

However, we want to build a version for OS 10.14 Mojave. That way we can
run it on the same machine as our prior 32-bit app for final testing.  In
fact, a build for OS 10.12 Sierra would be ideal (last OS that doesn't
require monthly fee for DreamWeaver).

Is there information somewhere about the best combination of Qt, Qt Creator
and Xcode for each OS?  We've tried installing several versions from the
archives, but it won't build because of missing kits.
