[Interest] Qt setup for older Mac OS

To clarify, the build for older Macs is temporary: only for use in-house
for testing and preparing website pages. We first started the project on
Qt 5.15 and will use that if possible.
The shipping OS is easier: built with the latest Qt, and running on
whichever OS versions it supports.
