[Qt-l10n] merge request

Hi,

This is Fernando, responsible for pt_BR translation .

I've follow the guidelines from
http://qt.gitorious.org/qt/pages/QtLocalization

- downloaded and compiled the source

- make ts-pt_BR

-translated 1 file

-make commit-ts

I have more files to translate, but according to website I should "make a
merge request".

Should I translate everything before make this request?

How should I do this request?
