[Localization] How to contrib to translate qt ?

Hi all,

I want to contrib & use catalan translation of Qt & use italian one.

I just realized Qt translation infrastructure is broken. Following this
blog entry

( right now is broken ).

So :

- I cannot know if somebody is working in catalan / italian translation
- I cannot download Qt5 ts files to start

What can I do ? Any other place to obtain those files and work on them ?
