[Localization] Localization in Chinese, Japanese, Hindi, Korean languages

Hi,

Ok, it is Linux.

Are only window/dialog titles affected?

If yes - then its problem with your window manager. Under Linux/X11 title
bar is rendered by WM, Qt can't do anything with that.
Try another window manager or tweak setting of your current one.
